Why Use Ground Screws for Decking ?

Decking needs to be secured to a subframe to keep the boards in place and they need to be raised off the ground to create a level area and an airflow under the joists to prevent rot from sitting water and moisture.

Traditionally you would concrete posts into the ground to the level required and then attach the subframe onto them. Using Ground Screws saves the time and labour of digging holes, cutting up posts and concreting. You simply rotate them into the ground with a tool
