Delivery Policy

We aim to have your order with you within four working days but in case of unforeseen circumstances advise that you order six days before your installation date.

For remote areas you may need to allow more time for delivery- if you know or suspect that your delivery address is outside of what may be classed as a standard delivery area please simply contact us directly before ordering and we will advise.

If when you place your order we find that the delivery address is classed as a non standard delivery area we will contact you within one working day to arrange and also advise of any extra delivery charge. You will have the right to cancel your order with a full refund if any additional charge is not expected or unacceptable to you.

Please ensure you provide a contact phone number and email address when you order so that we and the courier/haulage company can easily contact you.

Please ensure there is at least 1 x person available to accept, check and sign for your delivery at the address you are having it delivered to.  If there is no one there to accept delivery then the driver will not be able to deliver your order and there may be a redelivery charge.

If your order is for under 30 ground screws your order will be delivered by courier and arrive in separate packages of 5 to 6 . For larger orders we may despatch your order on a small pallet /pallets.

Pallet deliveries will be delivered on a truck that can lower the pallets to the ground. This will be a curb side drop or the nearest convenient hard surface. The driver will not be able to help you move your items once it is unloaded from the truck so if the drop place is not secure it is your responsibility to have help available to move them to a secure and /or convenient location if needed.

For small orders of Mighty’s Devices for example or any products that can be posted as a letter or small package they will be by  Royal Mail and will be dispatched within one working day and posted second class.

Please ensure you check your order immediately on receipt. If there is anything missing /any damage / anything you are not happy with please ensure both you and the delivery driver take photos and notes. Please then send your photos and notes immediately to  We will confirm receipt of issue and log it with in one working day and aim to resolve issues with in two working days depending on the circumstances and rest assured we do everything in our power to ensure satisfaction . We also have a company called Kent Decking Supplies at the same address and so if your delivery is in the Kent area it may be delivered on the Kent Decking Supplies truck or if your close by you may want to collect your order at a reduced price.
