The Mighty Mole 1000 mm Ground Screw
Fully Hot Dipped Galvanised with an outside diameter of 65 mm, length of 1000 mm and average load capacity of 4 KN (0.4 Tonne) for an average deck you have ground screws which can be spaced 1.2 to 1.5 metres apart in relatively solid ground so you do not need as many as you would with shorter and slimmer ground screws.
For subframes being built for decks with heavy loads such as hot tubs and for garden rooms we recommend you install your Mighty Moles 1 x metre apart but do get in touch if you need any advice.
